§ 95.01  CITY CONSTRUCTION; CURBING AND GUTTERING DISTRICTS.
   The City Council may, by ordinance, create a limited street improvement district for the sole purpose of curbing and guttering any paved or unpaved street or streets in the city, as provided by the laws of the state, including, but not limited to, Neb. RS 19-2416, as amended or superseded.
