No person shall operate a motorcycle upon the streets, alleys or highways within the city from sunset to sunrise unless the same is equipped with at least one and not more than two headlights and a taillight exhibiting a red light visible from a distance of at least 500 feet to the rear of the motorcycle. The headlights shall comply with the requirements and limitations set forth in the Nebraska Rules of the Road.
