§ 75.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any violation of§§ 75.50 through 75.56 which is also a violation under Neb. RS Chapters 39 or 60 may be punished under the penalty provisions of division (B) below.

   (B)   Any peace officer of the state or of any political subdivision, including conservation officers or the Parks Commission shall be charged with the enforcement of the provisions of §§ 75.50 through 75.56.
