§ 74.13  OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer, with or without his or her knowledge, any vehicle registered in the name of the person to stop, stand or be parked in any manner in violation of any section of this subchapter.
