§ 30.25  REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   The meetings of the City Council shall be held in the meeting place of the city. The regular meeting shall be held on the second Monday of each month at the hour of 7:00 p.m.; provided that, when the second Monday of any month falls on any legal holiday, the regular meeting of the City Council shall not be held on the day, but shall be held on the next day which is not a legal holiday at the hour set for the regular meeting.
   (B)   A majority of all the members elected to the City Council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business, but a fewer number may adjourn from time to time and compel the attendance of absent members. Unless a greater vote is required by law, an affirmative vote of at least one-half of the elected members shall be required for the transaction of any business.
