§ 38.04  CORRECTION AND REESTABLISHMENT OF CORPORATE LIMITS.
   The City Council shall have the power to direct the proper officers of the city to make application for the correction and reestablishment of the corporate limits of the city, as provided by the laws of the state, including, but not limited to, Neb. RS 19-2201 through 19-2204, inclusive, as amended or superseded.
