(A) The conduct of general retail sales or commercial activities in residential areas is prohibited.
(B) Yard sales must be conducted at the permit holder's primary residence except as provided in division(C) below.
(C) Non-resident owners of commercial properties or vacant lots located within the city limits may allow multiple yard sale set-ups only during multi-jurisdictional yard sale events, and shall be responsible for obtaining a single permit for each parcel of property owned.
