(A) Any person violating any of the provisions, or failing or refusing to comply with the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of violation and shall be fined in accordance with the fine schedule set forth in § 35.57 of this code of ordinances. Each day the violation continues or exists shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Violation of the provisions of this chapter may be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer and Code Enforcement Board established in §§ 35.45 et seq., of this code of ordinances.
