§ 97.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; DISPLAY.
   (A)   No yard sale may be conducted within the city without a permit having been first issued by the City Clerk's office at no charge. The permit shall set forth and restrict the dates and location of the yard sale.
   (B)   Permits should be obtained during normal business hours prior to the sale date.
   (C)   The permit required by division (A) shall be prominently displayed at the yard sale.
