(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to climb, trespass, or enter upon the water supply tank, tower, or equipment of the city or the lot of the city upon which the same is situated at any time.
(B) The provisions of this section shall not apply to employees or officers of the city, or contractors or others employed by the city to repair or maintain the facilities, or their employees and agents.
