(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any section or provision of § 130.02 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500.
(C) Any person who violates § 130.03 shall be fined $50 for the first offense and $100 for each offense thereafter.

(D) Any parent, guardian, or person having legal custody who allows a minor to violate § 130.11(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months or both.
