§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating § 93.03 may be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000. The Fire Chief may revoke or suspend the permit of any person or entity that violates the requirements of this ordinance or any other laws or regulations governing the sale, display or storage of fireworks or failure to pay the required fees and taxes payable to the city. Permits may also be revoked if an application contains any materially false or untrue statements.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, or agent thereof, who violates any provision of this chapter other than §§ 93.35 or 93.03, upon conviction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500.
   (C)   Any person who violates § 93.35, in whole or in part, shall be subject to a $25 fine, for each offense.
