§ 93.35 BURNING OF LEAVES, YARD TRIMMINGS AND HOUSEHOLD RUBBISH PROHIBITED.

(B) The burning of yard trimmings and limbs shall be at a minimum of 20 feet from any building or public roadway. If at any time the State Fire Marshal declares an emergency burn ban it shall take precedence.
