§ 155.111  REVOCATION.
   A special use permit granted subject to a condition or conditions shall be revoked by the Board of Trustees if the condition or conditions are not complied with. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing within 30 days in accordance with the applicable procedure prescribed in §§ 155.107 and 155.108 of this chapter and if not satisfied that the condition or conditions are being complied with may recommend revocation of the special use permit or the taking of such action as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the condition or conditions. The Building Commissioner shall notify the applicant and the property owner of any action taken by the Board of Zoning Appeals in regard to the revocation of a special use permit. This notification shall include the reasons why the Board of Zoning Appeals has decided the condition or conditions have not been met.
