§ 150.36  ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief or his or her assistants to inspect all apparatus to be installed, and their location, and to make or cause to be made periodic inspections concerning the operation, accessibility, or regular and emergency exits in all public places.
