§ 113.02  LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It is hereby declared to be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for any person, firm, or corporation to peddle or solicit within the village without having first secured a license therefor. Such license shall be carried by the holder during peddling or soliciting.
