Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $1,000; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The Village Attorney is granted authority to commence a court action as necessary to enforce any provision of this code of ordinances or to seek any fine or penalty.
