§ 112.05  PREMISES.
   It shall be unlawful to operate or permit the operation of any amusement licensed in this subchapter unless the premises in which such amusement is operated or permitted to be operated conforms with all the provisions or requirements in this code of ordinances relating to public buildings and public gatherings.
