§ 111.04  POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINERS; CONSUMPTION IN PUBLIC SPACES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his or her possession an open container of alcoholic liquor or to consume any alcoholic liquor on any of the streets, sidewalks, parking lots, or other municipal or public property within the corporate limits of the village.
