§ 111.99  PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined $75 for the first offense, $150 for the second offense, and $1,000 plus an appearance in court for the third offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
