(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the terms or provisions of §§ 110.30 through 110.33 shall be fined $75 for the first offense, $150 for the second offense, and $1,000 plus an appearance in court for the third offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
