§ 90.37  RABIES INOCULATION REQUIRED.
   It shall be the duty of every owner of a dog or cat harbored within the corporate limits of the village to have such dog or cat inoculated against rabies. The owner of such dog or cat shall at all times keep in his or her possession evidence of rabies inoculation consisting of a certificate signed by the licensed veterinarian administering the vaccine. A copy of the certificate of rabies inoculation shall be presented with the application for license as required by § 90.36. No license shall be issued unless such certificate bears a date within one year prior to the date of a license application if a one-year immunization vaccine was used, or within three years prior to the date of license application if a three-year immunization vaccine was administered.
