§ 72.08  PROHIBITING PARKING INOPERABLE OR NO-LICENSE MOTOR VEHICLES IN CERTAIN PLACES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to permit any motor vehicle which is inoperable or which is not legally licensed to be parked on any public street or any public alley. This prohibition shall not apply to franchised dealers in new or used automobiles.
