(A) Water Superintendent. The Water Superintendent shall be appointed by the Town Council, and shall serve at the direction and guidance of the Town Council, pursuant to terms, conditions, and guidelines as the Council may require from time to time. The Water Superintendent salary shall be as set from time to time by ordinance.
(B) Extra labor. The extra laborers shall be hired or appointed by the Town Council and shall serve at the direction and guidance of the Water Superintendent, pursuant to terms, conditions, and guidelines as the Council may require from time to time. The extra laborer salary shall be as set from time to time by the Council.
