(A) Street Commissioner. The Street Commissioner shall be appointed by the Town Council and shall serve at the direction and guidance as the Town Council may require from time to time. The Street Commissioner will receive a salary as set from time to time by ordinance.
(B) Extra labor. The extra laborers shall be hired or appointed by the Town Council and shall serve at the direction and guidance of the Street Commissioner, pursuant to terms and guidelines as the Council may require from time to time. The extra laborer salary shall be as set from time to time by the Council.
