§ 32.35 BUILDING COMMISSIONER.
   The Building Commissioner shall be appointed by the Town Council and shall serve at the direction and guidance as the Town Council may require from time to time. The Building Commissioner salary shall be as set from time to time by ordinance. For each building permit that the Commissioner issues, he or she will receive half the amount of the cost of the permit.
