§ 32.20 APPOINTMENT; COMPENSATION.
   The Town Marshal shall be appointed by and serve at the discretion and pleasure of the Town Council, pursuant to those terms, conditions, and guidelines as the Council may require from time to time. The Marshal shall receive a salary as set from time to time by ordinance.
