§ 130.03 ENFORCEMENT AGAINST JUVENILES.
   (A)   A child who commits a curfew violation under this subchapter is subject to the enforcement procedures provided in I.C. 34-28-5-1. Whenever a complaint is filed against a child for a violation of this subchapter, the town shall direct a copy of the complaint to the County Prosecutor’s Office, and to the child’s parent, guardian, or custodian, if that person is known or can be identified by a reasonable inquiry. The County Prosecutor’s Office shall direct a copy of the complaint to the County Circuit Court or Superior Court with juvenile jurisdiction.
   (B)   In addition to the imposition of fines as provided in § 130.99 of this code, the court upon request shall order injunctive relief as is appropriate and necessary to prevent a child from committing further violations of this subchapter.
