(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any child, parent, guardian, or custodian who violates any provision of §§ 130.01 et seq. shall, upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $25 and the maximum fine of $250 in addition to costs. Each incident shall constitute a separate violation under this subchapter.
