(A) It shall be unlawful to operate any motorized or non-motorized conveyance, including but not limited to a bicycle, tricycle, skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, scooter, or coaster wagon on the following public ways.

(B) This schedule shall not apply to the operators of wheelchairs, or other conveyances for the disabled, whether or not motorized, when the wheelchair or conveyance is being occupied or operated by a person with a temporary or permanent disability, nor to the operators of hand trucks, dollies, and other conveyances when actually engaged in the loading, unloading, and moving of furniture, appliances, household goods, or merchandise, equipment, or supplies for a household, business, or unit of government.
(C) Violations of this schedule shall be punishable as a class D infraction.
