(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this title for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Whoever violates the speed limit set forth in Schedule I of Chapter 73, shall be fined no more than $500 for each offense. Each incident observed by a law enforcement officer shall be deemed to be a separate violation.
(C) Operators of golf carts are subject to citations for violations of any provision of §§ 70.45 et seq.
(1) Violations by the owner or operator of any provision of this subchapter may be cause for revocation or suspension of the owner's permit for the golf cart. It shall be the sole determination of the Police Department whether any violation or a series of violations constitutes a revocation or suspension, and the duration of the revocation or suspension.
(2) In addition to the penalty provided in division (C)(1) above, any person, firm or corporation that violates any provision of this subchapter may be prosecuted in court and shall, upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $50, and a maximum fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(3) In addition to the penalties provided in divisions (C)(1) and (2) above, the town is empowered to obtain a restraining order and/or a permanent injunction against any person, firm, corporation, or any other entity shown to be in violation of this subchapter. A person against whom the town recovers a judgment shall pay costs of the court action and the town's attorney's fees.
