(A) The town may designate intersections as a stop intersection and require all vehicles to stop at one or more entrances to those intersections.
(B) The town shall post signs at the designated intersections, giving notice of the designation as a stop intersection.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to obey the markings or signs posted under this section.
