All golf carts must be equipped with efficient brakes, reliable steering, turn signals and safe tires. If driven after sunset, all golf carts must be equipped with and use operational taillights and headlights. The headlights and tailhghts of the golf cart must be visible from a distance of 500 feet. All golf carts must be equipped with a slow-moving-vehicle placard, prominently displayed on the rear of the golf cart.
