A. It shall be the duty of every owner or occupant of any premises to dispose of any solid waste inclusive of, but not limited to, garbage, rubbish, and refuse in receptacles described in section 3-2-1 of this chapter.
B. It shall be the duty and responsibility of every construction contractor or builder to containerize all solid waste inclusive of, but not limited to, garbage, refuse, and rubbish in receptacles capable of preventing its spread by natural elements or by animals onto any premises.
C. It shall be the duty and responsibility of every contractor or builder to dispose of any solid waste in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. (Ord. 08-2001, 9-10-2001)
