§ 1420.19 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In case of a conflict between a law of the commonwealth and a provision of this chapter, the law of the commonwealth shall prevail. In case of a conflict between a provision of this chapter and a provision of any ordinance of the township or any other provision of these codified ordinances, the stricter standard shall prevail.
