§ 1420.18 APPEALS.
   Whenever the owner or builder of any building or structure about to be or in the course of being erected or altered, or any other person, takes exception to a decision of the Building Inspector in refusing to approve the issuance of a permit or in refusing to approve the manner of construction or the kinds of materials to be used in the erection or alteration of any building, or to his or her decision as to the occupation or use of any building, or as to its safety or its compliance with any of the provisions of this chapter, such owner or builder or his or her duly authorized attorney or agent may, within ten days after such decision, take an appeal therefrom to the Delaware County Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board pursuant to 35 P.S. § 7210.501(c).
