(a) No person shall park a vehicle or permit a vehicle to stand in any area of the township which has been designated a fire lane by a resolution or ordinance of the Board of Township Commissioners or as designated by the Fire Marshal.
(b) Property owners shall erect signs in accordance with the regulations of the State Department of Transportation at the beginning and end of areas designated as fire lanes.
