No person shall park a truck or commercial vehicle, which is rated at a load capacity in excess of one ton, or permit such vehicle to stand unattended, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, on a highway in any district of the township which is zoned residential. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to have official signs erected in such residential areas as required.
