§ 420.07 LOADING AND UNLOADING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES DISTRICT.

No operator of a burdened vehicle shall stop such vehicle on a highway or in a business district or obstruct any sidewalk for a longer time than is necessary to load or unload the same.
