§ 1297.02 PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Procedural requirements shall be in accordance with the underlying zoning district.
   (b)   Where there is a conflict between the provisions or requirements of this overlay district and those of any underlying zone, the provisions of the MU District shall govern.
