(a) Lenni Road. The speed limit on Lenni Road from the intersection with Birney Highway to the Chester Creek Bridge on Lenni Road, at the Middletown Township and Aston Township border, is hereby established as 35 mph.
(b) Mount Road. The speed limit on Mount Road between Pennell Road and Birney Highway is hereby established as 35 mph for all vehicles except those limited to a lower maximum speed by the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania.
(c) Miscellaneous streets. A maximum speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established for all vehicles, except those limited to a lower maximum speed by the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania, on Crestview Lane, Clearview Lane, Overlook Drive, Belle View Road, Hillside Road, Summit Circle, Moser Street, Highwoods Drive and Arbor Lane within the township. No person shall drive a vehicle in excess of such speed limit on such roads within the township.
(d) Red Hill Road. The speed limit along Red Hill Road, from the intersection with Concord Road to the intersection with Mount Road, is hereby established as 25 mph.
(e) Concord Hills Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the Concord Hills Development: Victoria Drive; Kings Cross Road; Gladstone Way; and Eusden Drive.
(f) Aston Village Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in Aston Village Development: Aston Court and Thomas Road.
(g) Chester Plaza Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in Chester Plaza Development: Roberts Road; Pierce Road; Ronald Road; Wellington Road; Patterson Road; Pancoast Avenue; Crystal Road; Miriam Avenue; and Rosemont Avenue.
(h) New Green Ridge Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the New Green Ridge Development: Norman Street; Scarlet Avenue; Herald Place; Hurford Place; Florence Avenue; Mercer Place; and Pancoast Avenue.
(i) Hunter’s Knoll Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in Hunter’s Knoll Development: Crestview Lane; Gettysburg Drive; and Cisco Lane.
(j) School zone on Pancoast Avenue.
(1) There is hereby established a 15 mph school zone on Pancoast Avenue between Dutton’s Mill Road and Wellington Road between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
(2) Signs indicating the speed limit in such school zone and the specified periods of time shall be erected.
(k) Ballinahinch Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the Ballinahinch Development: Franciscan Way; Glendale Boulevard; Grace Lane; Kildare Lane; West Dublin Way; East Dublin Way; and County Claire Lane.
(l) Woodbrook Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the Woodbrook Development: Anvil Road; Blackthorne Lane; Cobblestone Road; Williams Drive; and Woodbrook Way.
(m) Highpoint Farms Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the Highpoint Farms Development: Highpoint Lane; Hillcrest Lane; and Country Lane.
(n) Springhill Farms Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the Springhill Farms Development: Kelly Drive and Springhill Drive.
(o) Dawnwood Village Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the Dawnwood Village Development: Ashbrooke Lane; Caroline Drive; Edwards Lane; Erb Drive; Hillcrest Lane; Roberta Drive; and Sickles Drive.
(p) Rolling Hills Industrial Park Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the Rolling Hills Industrial Park Development: Crozerville Road from Birney Highway to Bodley Road; Mount Pleasant Drive; and Kent Road.
(q) New Bridgewater Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on the following roads in the New Bridgewater Development: Judy Way; Beatrice Lane; Mercedes Drive; Marie Circle; Romaine Way; Megan Circle; Kristine Way; and Dorothy Circle.
(r) Elm Avenue. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on Elm Avenue between Mount Road and Hickory Avenue.
(s) Brooke Chase Development. There is hereby established a speed limit of 25 mph on Cory Lane, Christopher Lane, Sean Lane, Drew Lane and East Peters Lane.
(t) Signs. Signs indicating the speed limits provided in this section shall be installed, and when they are installed, no person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding such limits.
