(a) Should any provision of this Plan be determined to be void by any court, the Plan will continue to operate and, to the extent necessary, will be deemed not to include the provision determined to be void.
(b) Headings and captions provided herein are for convenience only and shall not be deemed part of the Plan.
(c) This Plan shall be construed and applied under the laws of the of the commonwealth where not in conflict with federal laws which shall prevail.
