(a) Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following shall be minimum requirements:

(b) With respect to certain uses permitted by conditional use permit: extended care facilities, age-restricted facilities and age-restricted housing, permitted in 1279.03, the following minimal requirements shall apply:
Building coverage | A maximum of 30% of the lot |
Distance | 50 feet between buildings |
Front yard | 75 feet on each street that the lot abuts |
Height | 50 feet maximum |
Impervious surface coverage (including building and all paving) | A maximum of 65 percentage of the lot |
Lot size | 5 acres |
Lot width (at building line) | 200 feet |
Parking | 1.15 parking spaces for each residential unit and 1 parking space for each employee |
Rear yards | 75 feet |
Side yards | 50 feet each |
Street frontage | 200 feet |
