(a) Each building shall be individually designed and constructed as a freestanding building.
(b) Minimum distance between buildings shall be 35 feet.
(c) Maximum height shall be 35 feet or two stories except that the maximum height of a hotel may be 45 feet or four stories.
(d) Retail sales leasing shall have a minimum of 1,000 square feet of floor area.
