The Board of Township Commissioners hereby amends, redefines and adopts by reference the “Pension Plan for Non-Uniformed Employees of Aston Township, Delaware County”, a copy of which is attached to original Ord. 747, passed April 17, 1996, as amended, for the purpose of providing retirement and other benefits as stated in such Plan.
