§ 1250.03 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES.

(a) The zoning regulations and districts set forth in this title are based on the goals and objectives stated in the Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan for Aston, Lower Chichester and Upper Chichester Townships, 2005.

(b) This title is intended to implement the principles, policies and objectives of the Comprehensive Plan and to guide and regulate the orderly growth and development of the township.
