§ 1242.10 REFUSE COLLECTION STATIONS.
   (a)   (1)   Refuse collection stations shall be provided for garbage and trash removal.
      (2)   Containers shall be vermin-proof.
   (b)   Refuse collection stations shall be effectively screened from public view and appropriately located to offer convenient access.
