§ 1242.01 APPLICABILITY.
   The standards of this section shall apply to all subdivisions and land developments consisting of the following:
   (a)   Commercial uses;
   (b)   Shopping centers;
   (c)   Limited industrial uses; and
   (d)   Planned business campuses.
