§ 274.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the Financial Advisory Committee shall be to act in an advisory capacity to the Finance Committee. The Advisory Committee, at the request of the Chairperson of the Finance Committee, shall review, investigate, develop and recommend plans and programs to aid in control of financial matters and to provide long-term planning.
