§ 1230.09 SEPARABILITY.

Should any section, subsection, paragraph, clause or provision of these subdivision regulations be declared unconstitutional, invalid or illegal, such decision shall not affect the validity of these regulations as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional, invalid or illegal.
